It's true! I mean, I'm behind on my SWDB so I'll do that at the end, but I'm going to make a REAL post!
Christmas is already over, I can't believe it. We're so blessed. I told D the other day it's amazing how faithful God is, not just in the big things, but in the little desires of our heart. I always had faith for God to do miracles (healing, restoration, etc.) but I forgot to believe in the little stuff, and He's reminded me of that this Christmas.
D and I are giving each other our presents in 19 days...That's right... Our trip to DISNEYLAND!!!
I'm beyond excited about this.
It'll be Leila's first trip ever. She's really excited. And to make it better, our friends Tadd and Cassie are going with us :) Everything for this trip totally opened up. We have a place to stay (for free!), the fact that Cassie and Tadd get to go is huge, and we get to stay for 3 days instead of 2! It's just all awesome. O.k., enough of this, lets get to the SWDB. Wow... two weeks behind. My bad!
For today
Outside my window- It's sunny again!
I am thinking- About what I need to get done today.
I am thankful for- the people who gave us Starbucks Christmas Blend, and for Kelsey giving me Disneyland Coffee. MMMMM
I am remembering- The joy and excitement of Disneyland
On my mind- I need to have more grace for Leila.
I am noticing that- Leila is crazy. Lol
Pondering these words: I'm not really sure... I'm pondering more of God's goodness.
From the learning rooms- Learning to make tutus! Thanks to Tammi!
From the kitchen- The smell of coffee and eggo waffles haha.
I am wearing- Teal leggings, my new Minnie Mouse shirt, and no shoes. Yeah, I'm classy.
I am creating- Tutus!!! As soon as I get the stuff.
I am going- to clean today hopefully, and spend some time with my girls.
I am reading- I'm going to start reading Romans again.
I am hoping- D doesn't get home super late tonight.
I am hearing- Dora the Explorer + Leila and Hailey both talking to the TV
Around the house- Little bit messy. Christmas cards are on the fridge now.
One of my favorite things- The way Leila talks, and how she talks about seeing Jesus.
A few plans for the rest of the week: Work work work, I turn 23 on Friday (woo...) and it's also my Nana's 73rd birthday, and D's grandpa's 70th birthday. Hopefully I'll be seeing my cousins this week, and hanging with my friends and D.

love your blog title. Have fun in Disneyland. Looks like my trip is going to be less hectic than original see how we no longer have a wedding to attend. I can't wait to hear about your trip.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the first two. I'm glad your trip won't be as hectic but hopefully everything is o.k. since there's no wedding! Trust me, there will be a long, very detailed blog about our trip :)
ReplyDeleteSuh-weet. I will definitely be looking forward to that post. Thanks for the comment. I am planning a trip up to Sac soon. The tentative date is Jan 18-19.
